Postcode Lookup Facility
Contact and Organisation records are supported by full postcode lookup integration, allowing consistent addressing that dramatically removes the incidence of duplicate addresses.
Multi-Language Capability
e-Vol can be delivered with multi-language capability to provide support for all internal staff and Organisations where English is not the preferred method of communication. The capability includes:
- The presentation of all front-end functionality (labels, drop-down lists, etc) in the user’s chosen language
- Alerts for staff when a contact or organisation has stated a preferred language for communication
De-duplication
Duplication of records significantly undermines the quality of any data stored in a Contact Relationship Management system. To avoid the occurrence of users entering duplicate contact or organisation records, Senior can provide fully featured de-duplication functionality that features:
- An administrative tool that can be run against records on the system to remove duplicates and successfully integrate any information held with those of the original
- An alert system that runs every time a new record is added and presents any possible matches on the syste
