Interaction Logging

The system gives you the ability to log any Interaction you have with your Contacts, allowing for full reporting on activities and time spent on Projects.

e-vol lets you log Interactions against one or more Contacts, Organisations or Groups held in the system’s database. These Interaction types can be:

  • Incoming and Outgoing Telephone Calls
  • Incoming and Outgoing Emails
  • Correspondence (Incoming and Outgoing letters)
  • Walk-ins
  • Meetings
  • Training events
  • Outgoing Publications, such as Newsletters

Logging Interactions has the twin benefits of creating a permanent record of whom you interacted with, how and when, and generating useful information that you can recall and access as part of the reporting process.

New in v2.0: The newly launched Enquiry module provides a simple but comprehensive facility for threading interactions together. It is now possible to see a complete history of an enquiry from initial contact through to completion, with success criteria and outcomes.
