Grouping
You can combine all Contacts and Organisations held within e-vol into Groups, giving users the ability to log the same Interaction against multiple Contacts. You can log Group Interactions such as email distribution and physical mail-outs at the time you undertake them, or even log them retrospectively.
You can create Groups with any number of contact combinations, such as:
- Mail merge lists
- Forums
- Committees
- Steering groups
- Project teams
- Email distribution lists
- Newsletter recipient lists
- Christmas card lists
- Etc.
New in v2.0: Groups have now been upgraded with a much easier interface for selecting which organisations your contacts work on behalf of; you can even select a specific email or postal address.
New in v2.0: We have added dynamic Groups to the list of upgrades to the system; now it is possible to create a Group that automatically updates itself based on criteria you determine at creation.
