Security and Profiles
Because e-vol delivers sensitive data over the Internet to a standard browser, you need to know that that data is going to be secure, and only authorised users can access the system.
User Administration and Security Groups allow for the allocation of security levels to Users, giving them access to the information that is appropriate to their job role only.
Each function within the system can be assigned to any Security Group and the respective staff members within those Security Groups.
Options include restricted access to specific areas of the system, including the Admin area and Management functions.
e-vol comes with several predetermined user levels to limit access to functionality, but it is possible for administrators to create multiple sophisticated security rules to determine who has access to what on the system.
