Contact Relationship Management (CRM) forms the core element of the e-vol system. It’s the starting point for any organisation wishing to keep a meaningful record of its Contacts.

e-vol 's CRM functionality is designed to address the very specific needs of the voluntary sector, where individuals can belong to multiple Organisations and be associated with multiple addresses.

e-vol allows individuals to be associated with any number of different Organisations, addresses and telephone numbers, creating a detailed but concise picture of each contact.

Contacts

Information held on individual Contacts includes:

  • Multiple addresses, phone numbers and email addresses for individual Contacts
  • Their associated Organisations and position within them
  • Volunteer status (if applicable)
  • Data protection status

Organisations

Information held on Organisations includes:

  • Company and Charity numbers
  • Regions covered
  • Membership details (if applicable), including:
    • Status - active or inactive
    • Membership number
    • Membership expiry date
    • Fee paid
    • Approval date
    • Renewal and cancellation
  • Multiple addresses, phone numbers and email addresses for the same organisation
  • Data protection status
